Wake played, and surprisingly beat, Florida State on Saturday! We'll see how the boys do against VT next week.
They had the new scoreboard up and running this week. They made a big show out of it and had skydivers jump out of a plane and land inside BB&T stadium. And the final skydiver to land was dressed like the Demon Deacon. It was awesome! I think WF has also improved their playlist. The guys parachuted down to the Foo Fighters' Learn to Fly and then it immediately switched to Seven Nation Army by The White Stripes.
There were four skydivers in all.

Our buddy, Slade, stayed with us this weekend. Somehow this is the only picture I have of him. We'll definitely get more pictures when he comes back for the Maryland game.
