Last Saturday I took the kids to North Wilkesboro for the Apple Festival. I went every year when I was a kid and it's fun to take them now. The kids favorite things from the Apple Festival were snow cones and face painting.
Makena and Megan were really into the bee keeper.
On Wednesday we took the kids to the Dixie Classic Fair. The first thing we did was ride ponies. Megan rode one named, Andy.
And Makena rode one named, Elmo.
Everett really liked the animals!
We let the girls ride a few rides and play some games.
And we let the kids get ice cream before we left. Here they are with their prizes...
