We had a fabulous Christmas! The girls got everything they wanted and then some. It is ridiculous how many toys we have! We just got a storage unit so we can de-clutter before we put our house on the market. Some of their old toys will be going there and some will be going to Goodwill. We had the grandparents over for a yummy steak dinner on Christmas day. Here are some fun pictures of the girls enjoying their Christmas gifts.

Makena lying in her sleeping bag from Santa...

Makena is a professional present-opener...

They each got a new bicycle from Santa. Here is Megan giving some Disney Princesses a ride...

Megan blowing her pinwheel...

The trampoline was probably Megan's favorite thing...

Makena rode this bicycle in Wal-Mart a while back and loved it. It's a good thing I have a direct line of communication with Santa!

Playing Whac-a-Mole...

Megan needs a little practice playing Hungry Hungry Hippos. Here she is feeding one of the hippos...

Nana and Popaw arrived with even more stuff! Lucky girls!

The Wonder Pets toy was a big hit!

Here is Makena, the Policeman....

And Megan, the Fireman....

We went to Raleigh the day after Christmas. Phil's brother, Lindsey, and his family recently moved into their newly built home. The girls enjoyed playing with their cousins and spending the night at their house. They also got to use their sleeping bags for the first time. Here are Makena, Megan, Collin and Will getting ready for bed...

We stopped in Greensboro on our way home on Sunday. Makena and Megan always love going to Uncle Larry's house. Makena and Collin warmed up by the fire...

Collin and Will cozied up next to Madison. They're very good at playing pretend. Will is sleeping and Collin has a very convincing yawn...

Here is the littlest cousin, Ian...

The boys played with legos and the girls played with Polly Pockets (a tradition at Uncle Larry's house). The kids love playing with Mallorie and Madison's old toys.
