Hilton Head, Day 5

I took a lot of pictures on day 5. This was our last full day there so I think we were trying to fit everything in. The guys made a surprise appointment for the girls to go to the spa. Jaime, Ashley and I got to sneak away for a little bit for massages, manicures and pedicures. We appreciated the time away and came back feeling more relaxed. We found out that Lawton Stables in Sea Pines offered pony rides so we took the girls, and they were very excited. :) They provided the girls with helmets that made them look super cute.
They rode a horse named Romeo.
We thought the helmet made Megan look like a bobble-head.

Had to capture the sisterly love while I had the chance.

There were also some other animals there like pigs, a llama, goats, and rabbits.
After the stables, we drove over to Harbour Town.

We climbed to the top of the Harbour Town Lighthouse.

There was a great view at the top!
And finally, proof that I too was on this vacation. :)
Makena, Megan, Owen and Wyatt posing on the "Out to Lunch" statue.

After lunch and the spa (and naps, of course) it was beach time!
Makena jumping for joy.
We found an empty horseshoe crab shell that all the kids enjoyed playing with.

They all had fun jumping off of the big sand hill they created.

Me and Megan.
Up close and personal with Megan in my glasses.
Megan, show us your Pooh Bear teeth!
There are a few more pictures of Megan because she will actually pose for pictures.

All of the kids in their new Salty Dog shirts.

Everybody look at Charlie!
Owen loving on baby Charlie.
We went to Steamers on our final night in Hilton Head. They had great seafood and live music.
There was a musician named, Todd Cowart, who plays at Steamers every night. He was pretty good and he kept our kids entertained. They had a lot of fun dancing to the music. We made sure that all the kids put a donation in his tip jar.
