Some of our playgroup moms got together for a brunch today to say goodbye to our good friend, Paige. Paige's husband is finishing residency and her family will be moving to Georgia next week. This is all very bittersweet. We are all so happy that they are done with residency and about to start this new, exciting stage of their lives. And they are also expecting their 3rd child, which makes things even more exciting! Paige and I have been friends since Makena was about 8 months old. I still remember that first playdate when our now 3 1/2 year olds were just babies. Boy, has time has gone by fast. We are really going to miss Paige and her boys.

Sweet Andrew.... Makena's birthday buddy. Makena and Andrew were both born on January 19, 2006. Andrew is the most loving little boy that I know. I will miss Andrew's sweet smile and hugs.
Megan and Cole have something in common, too. They both like to go, go, go! Little Cole is always on the move! I will miss his energetic, fun-loving spirit.
I told Makena that Andrew and Cole were moving away and I asked her what she would want to tell them. And I think she summed it up well:"I love you. I miss you. Come back soon!"
